Advice to Authors
Here is a bit of advice: When we’re selling your at an event for you, don’t try to convince customers to buy the book by selling them from your own stash. At a discount. In front of us. Not cool. That might get you immediately banned from our shelves.

I’ve had that happen too… frustrating. Also: trading books in the parking lot with another consignment author and thinking we don’t know what’s going on.

Perhaps you might try presenting them with a bill for short-term rent and the costs of the promotion. Man, that’s just feeble. Hope things are good otherwise. Cheers–Martin Clark
